This is Kristen’s first year serving on the board. She is excited for the opportunity to become more involved in the Rhoades School community. She and her husband Dave have two children, one of whom is student at the Rhoades Preschool, where Kristen served as the room parent this year. 

Originally from New Jersey, Kristen worked in public relations and marketing in New York City before pursuing her BSN at NYU. Upon graduation, she began working as a Bone Marrow Transplant nurse at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and then continued her work in BMT at UCSD after moving to California with her husband in 2016. She worked there until 2019 when she left to pursue her Masters degree and have her daughter. She then had her son in 2021. Kristen is loving getting to experience raising her children in sunny Southern California,  along with their two pugs, Frog and Fred.
