It’s Pumpkin Patch time!
We will hold our annual Pumpkin Patch event again this year at Pumpkin Station Del Mar from 3-6 pm on Friday, October 16th!
Rhoades students will be given a wristband upon arrival that allows them access all the rides and activities at the pumpkin patch. Siblings, friends, and other non-Rhoades students attending can purchase a wristband at the event, or in advance.
One of the best parts of this event is our Party Tent! We will have a space for families to hang out, as well as a bake sale with all kinds of treats available for a donation.
The Foundation is hosting this event, but it’s not possible without the support of our volunteers! Please use the sign-up below to volunteer during a portion of the event, or to provide treats for our bake sale.
You could win our GIANT pumpkin!
This year, we're raffling off one GIANT pumpkin again! The pumpkin will be on display at the Lower School until Monday, October 20th, when it will be raffled off to one very lucky winner.
Raffle tickets sold before and after the Pumpkin Patch event on October 17th will be added to the raffle ticket box on your behalf. Tickets sold at the event can be filled out and added in person. Get yours today!
Name our GIANT pumpkin!
Before our GIANT pumpkin goes home with one lucky family, it needs a name! Each child will be allowed to suggest a perfect name for our GIANT pumpkin. We'll draw a winning name at random the week of the Pumpkin Patch event.
How much does it weigh?
Just how big is this GIANT pumpkin? Can you guess? Each child will also be given the opportunity to guess the weight of our GIANT pumpkin!
Teachers will be given cards used to guess the weight and suggest a name. Once filled out, these cards can be put in the boxes that are being kept in the office with Mrs. Price.
The winner will be announced the week of the Pumpkin Patch.
